  • What if I forget to pay my monthly fee?
    Each month you will receive a reminder about your monthly subscription to ensure you don’t forget to make a payment.
  • What happens if I don’t pay the fee on time?
    We will give a 5 day payment extension. After it, we will have to temporarily freeze your account. Don’t worry, your data will not be lost.
  • Is there any application installation?
    There is no need to install any application. Our tour operator management system is cloud based. You just have to log into Tourxel and start using it.
  • What about my data security?
    All your data is securely stored on premium servers located in our USA headquarters with a daily backup so you don’t need to worry about data security and/or data loss. For more details, feel free to contact us.
  • Do you offer training and support?
    Sure. You will receive a manual and videos with any package you choose. Also, our support team will always be pleased to help you.
